Positive: I am a frequent international traveler and this is my 10th or more vacation to the city of Malindi and Moses the manager was exceptionally excellent. I am a repeat customer to this particular villa and it's always my delight to stay in Palm Beach Villas because of the exceptional services of Moses the manager and the staff of Palm Beach,. The property is clean, well taken care of and the grounds and lawn are perfectly manicured. Moses and his staff always are very welcoming and constantly have a smile on their faces The property is spacious. Well furnished and it's proximity to the Beaches, the city center, restaurants, shopping facilities, hospitals and other amenities The City of Malindi has to offer makes it the ideal location and place for me and my family to vacation. I would recommended any of my friends, family and business associates to visit and any other visitors to the city of Malindi to stay in this villa
Negative: THERE'S NOTHING NOT TO LIKE ABOUT THIS VILLA AND THE SERVICES MOSES PROVIDES AS THE VILLA MANAGER...MOSES THE MANAGER IS VERY PROMPT WHEN YOU NEED SERVICES .HE IS A DEDICATED HOTELIER MANAGER WHO GOES OVER AND ABOVE THE CALL OF DUTY AND HE IS ALMOST CONSTANTLY AVAILABLE ( 24/7 ) TO ASSIST HIS GUESTS AND HIS GUEST SERVICES STAFFS ARE CONSTANTLY AVAILABLE TO OFFER ANY ASSISTANCE A GUEST REQUIRES
